What we know about you
A short page, because there is not much to write. Until you send us something yourself, we collect nothing.

Who is responsible
The data controller is SteelCode d.o.o., Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Loro is the name of the product; SteelCode d.o.o. is the company behind it.
When you simply visit
We set no cookies. We use no analytics. We load nothing from anyone else's servers. The fonts and images are on ours, so during your visit your browser contacts no other company.
Like any web server, ours records technical request logs including IP address and time. We use those to run and secure the site, not to follow people.
When you send articles for a check
The free catalogue check asks for three things: your email address, the platform you sell on, and the articles you paste in.
We need the email to send you the report. The articles are used only to produce that report. The platform tells us how to read them.
We do not sell what you send, do not pass it on, and do not use it to send you advertising you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Articles sent for a check are kept until the report is finished and for a short time after, so we can answer questions about it. Then they are deleted.
Your email address is kept while a conversation about a quote is running. If you do not reply, we delete it.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We have no advertising partners, use no tools that send data to third parties, and do not pass on what you send us.
The exception the law requires: if a competent authority requests it under applicable law, we must comply.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing.
Writing to us is enough. We answer within a reasonable time and do not ask why you want something deleted.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We will not quietly widen the processing.
