Who provides the service

Loro is a product of SteelCode d.o.o., registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Your contract is with SteelCode d.o.o.

What Loro is, and is not

Loro connects your shop to ways of getting paid and puts your product data in order. LoroPay runs the payment layer; LoroData sorts and publishes the data.

Loro is not a bank and not a card processor. Money does not pass through us and we never hold it. Card payments are handled by your bank or processor, under a contract you enter into with them.

What is yours to handle

Your contract with a bank or processor, your business account, and the accuracy of the data you enter remain your responsibility.

You are also responsible for the content you publish through Loro, including having the right to use the images and text you send.

Your account

Your account is yours to look after, including any access you give your team. If you suspect someone has obtained your access, tell us immediately.

Prices and payment

Prices are published on the pricing page and are stated excluding VAT unless said otherwise.

If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you are free to stop using the service beforehand.

Your data stays yours

The data you enter remains yours. You can export it in a standard format at any time, and that does not depend on whether you remain a customer.

Availability

We work to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not promise it will never be down. Planned work is announced in advance.

Ending it

You may stop using the service whenever you like. We may stop providing it with reasonable notice, except in cases of abuse or breach of the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
